Under the patronage of Lt General His Highness Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Zayed University celebrated the graduation of its Future Makers Class of 2024. His Highness attended the ceremony, witnessing the graduation of 368 students from seven colleges, including those who achieved honors and distinction in their studies.

The three-day event, held at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi from June 4 to 6, 2024, saw a total of 2,086 graduates, comprising the 22nd cohort of female students and the 12th cohort of male students. Her Excellency Shamma bint Suhail Al Mazrouei, Minister of Community Development and Chairperson of Zayed University Board of Trustees, graced the occasion alongside distinguished guests, university trustees, faculty, staff, prominent figures, and the graduates' families.

His Highness congratulated the graduates on their achievements, urging them to utilize their skills and knowledge for the nation's benefit. He received a gift—a sculpture symbolizing the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan's wisdom and vision.

Her Excellency Shamma bint Suhail Al Mazrouei expressed gratitude to His Highness for his support, underscoring his presence as a testament to the leadership's commitment to education. She congratulated the graduates, urging them to embark on their journey with passion and resilience.

Addressing the graduates, Her Excellency emphasized the importance of values, urging them to uphold integrity and contribute positively to society. She encouraged them to seize opportunities and leave a lasting impact, reflecting the UAE's values.

In a virtual message, His Excellency Dr. Sultan Saif Al Neyadi lauded the graduates' role in shaping the nation's future. Sheikha Almansoori, the first visually impaired graduate, and Rawda bint Tamim expressed gratitude and pride, highlighting Zayed University's role in their journey.

The ceremony underscored the university's commitment to nurturing talent and fostering leadership, aligning with UAE Centennial 2071 goals. Zayed University remains dedicated to offering quality education and shaping future leaders.
