Priyanka Chopra returns to Hyderabad for SS Rajamouli’s Globetrotter

Actor Priyanka Chopra has returned to India for the shoot of director SS Rajamouli’s much-awaited film Globetrotter, co-starring Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran. The actor shared glimpses of her journey and time in Hyderabad through her Instagram Stories, revealing her excitement about joining the film’s next schedule.

In a selfie taken inside her flight before takeoff, Priyanka wrote, "And we're off again, destination exciting," while also nodding to singer Celine Dion by captioning her outfit post, "Queen always and forever @celinedion." After landing, she posted a short video of Hyderabad's streets as seen from her car, tagging Mahesh Babu with a laughing emoji.

The actor was seen interacting with a few people upon arrival at Hyderabad airport, dressed casually with her team in tow. Priyanka has been travelling frequently to India for Globetrotter's shoot, though the production team remains tight-lipped about key plot details.

Recently, Mahesh Babu joked with Rajamouli on X, asking him to keep his promise of revealing film details in November. Priyanka too joined the banter, playfully threatening to leak on-set stories, which Rajamouli humorously blamed on Mahesh for exposing her.

Tentatively titled SSMB29 and Globetrotter, this film marks the first collaboration between Rajamouli, Mahesh Babu, and Priyanka Chopra. Besides this project, Priyanka is set to star in Citadel Season 2 and will portray a 19th-century Caribbean pirate in The Bluff, co-starring Karl Urban.
