Riyadh, Saudi Arabia : Persivia Inc., a U.S.-based pioneer in AI-powered healthcare intelligence, has officially launched its National Health Intelligence (NHI) Initiative at the Global Health Exhibition (GHE) 2025 in Riyadh. The initiative marks a significant step forward in Saudi Arabia’s ambitious drive to leverage artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and population health insights to transform the national healthcare system under Vision 2030.
Persivia’s new Saudi presence, licensed by the Ministry of Investment, reflects the company’s commitment to long-term localization, knowledge transfer, and workforce development. By collaborating closely with Saudi healthcare leaders and national institutions, Persivia seeks to accelerate the Kingdom’s transition toward Value-Based Care (VBC) and build a sustainable, data-driven healthcare ecosystem.
“Saudi Arabia is developing one of the most forward-thinking healthcare systems globally,” said Dr. Mansoor Khan, CEO of Persivia. “Through the National Health Intelligence Initiative, we aim to combine cutting-edge technology with clinical insight, strategic expertise, and proven AI experience to enable smarter decisions, improved outcomes, and sustainable growth.”

At the core of the NHI framework is Persivia’s patented AI Engine, designed to integrate and analyze large-scale health data. The platform provides policymakers and healthcare providers with real-time, evidence-based intelligence to optimize spending, improve care quality, and strengthen system-wide efficiency. The initiative also incorporates Persivia’s “growth loops” model, a dynamic feedback cycle where AI-driven learning continuously enhances healthcare performance, supporting measurable progress and better policy alignment.
During GHE 2025, Persivia showcased its AI-first digital health platform and engaged in strategic discussions with key national entities, including the Ministry of Health (MoH), Health Holding Company (HHC), Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), Council of Health Insurance (CHI), and the NEOM Investment Fund. These discussions focused on aligning Persivia’s AI models and analytics frameworks with national priorities around value-based care, AI governance, and population health management.
Additionally, Persivia sponsored the NextGen Pitch Competition, highlighting Saudi startups and innovators shaping the future of digital healthcare.
“We see immense alignment between Vision 2030’s healthcare objectives and Persivia’s mission,” said Waleed Mattar, Partner at Persivia Saudi. “Our focus is on building long-term capabilities, fostering partnerships, and empowering the next generation of healthcare intelligence in the Kingdom.”
