Delta Airlines responded to Diaz's post, expressing regret for the inconvenience caused and offering assistance to address the issue. However, the musician's followers expressed skepticism, with many questioning how such significant damage could occur to an instrument securely stored in a hard-shell case. Some speculated that the damage appeared deliberate, igniting further outrage among Diaz's supporters.

Amid the outpouring of support, Diaz reflected on the significance of the guitar, revealing that she had performed with it on stage alongside renowned artist Harry Styles. She lamented her inability to afford rental gear for future performances and thanked her followers for their unwavering support during the challenging time.

Despite the setback, Diaz remained hopeful for a resolution to the situation with Delta Airlines, expressing gratitude for the solidarity and encouragement she received from her followers. The incident underscored the importance of safeguarding musical instruments during travel and sparked a broader conversation about the responsibility of airlines to ensure the safety of passengers' belongings.
