The company said that many investors are eager to buy, and several bookings have already been made. The units are selling quickly because so many people want to live in this luxury development.
Phase II is designed to meet the needs of investors from over 25 countries. The homes offer high-end living with stylish designs. Buyers can also choose fully furnished units, which makes the investment even more valuable. The homes come with private jacuzzis and terraces that have BBQ setups, offering a special living experience that stands out in the UAE and worldwide.
Andrei Charapenak, the CEO of Major Developers, said the strong interest in Phase II shows that people believe in the project. He also mentioned that the location on Al Marjan Island, which has other big projects like the Wynn Al Marjan Island resort, makes this development even more attractive.
Charapenak also shared that both local and international buyers are showing interest, with investors from 25 countries already involved. This shows how popular Manta Bay is becoming as a smart investment.
To meet the growing demand, the company has created new layouts for the units in Phase II. These layouts are designed to meet the changing needs of future buyers and residents.
