Kathmandu Mayor Balen Partners with Rastriya Swatantra Party for Elections

Balendra Shah, affectionately called Balen, is the mayor of Kathmandu and a well-liked figure known for his rap career. On Sunday, he officially allied with the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), strategizing to strengthen their voter base and mount a united challenge against Nepal’s older political establishments.
