In his capacity as Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence of the UAE, has issued Executive Council Resolution No. (90) of 2024. The resolution appoints Moaza Saeed Al Marri as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Executive Affairs Sector at the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai.

This decision marks a significant development in the leadership of the RTA, with Moaza Saeed Al Marri taking on the role of CEO to oversee the strategic direction and operations of the Executive Affairs Sector. As CEO, Al Marri is expected to bring her expertise and vision to enhance the sector’s contribution to Dubai’s ongoing development and its ambitious plans for transport and infrastructure.
The Resolution takes effect immediately from the date of issuance, and it will be officially published in the Official Gazette to ensure its formal implementation.
This appointment reflects the continued efforts of Dubai’s leadership to foster excellence in governance and management, particularly within key sectors that contribute to the city's infrastructure and development.
