The Hatta Winter Festival, organized by Brand Dubai, which is part of the Government of Dubai Media Office, gave visitors a peaceful experience through a gentle yoga and sound meditation session. This session was just one of many special activities designed to bring the community together and provide a calm and relaxing experience during the festival.
The session was held at the beautiful Hatta Dam, where participants spent 90 minutes focusing on relaxation and mindfulness. The expert instructor guided the group through gentle yoga moves and sound meditation. The peaceful environment helped everyone feel calm and find a deep sense of inner peace and balance.
This yoga and sound meditation session was put together with help from 700 Padel and Fitness Hub and TechnoGym. It shows that the Hatta Winter Festival wants to give visitors special experiences. It also shows how Hatta is becoming a popular place for outdoor fitness and adventure, with its stunning natural scenery.

Because the session was so popular, there will be another one on 28 December 2024 at 4 PM. This will give people another chance to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Hatta. Anyone interested in joining the fitness activities at the festival can sign up through the 700 Padel and Fitness Hub app to reserve a spot.
The Hatta Winter Festival is a key part of the larger Hatta Winter initiative and will continue at Leem Lake until 12 January 2025. The festival features many exciting activities that celebrate creativity, fitness, and adventure, making Hatta a great destination for both relaxation and fun outdoor activities.
