Dubai, UAE – 22nd July 2025: fäm Properties has been appointed as the exclusive Master Agency for Phase One of the landmark AED 60 billion Keturah Ardh master development — Dubai’s first integrated heritage-wellness luxury community.
This first phase presents a unique chance for investors and end-users to purchase residential plots with permits to construct luxury townhouses — one of the rarest and most desirable asset classes in Dubai’s current luxury real estate market.
Strategically located in Al Rowaiyah First District, the visionary project by master developer MAG Group merges authentic Arabic architectural heritage with advanced wellness-focused design.
Phase One will feature 93 thoughtfully designed clusters comprising 558 luxury townhouse plots and will be launched with attractive, flexible payment plans. fäm Properties will officially unveil the project to brokers at a special event tomorrow morning (23rd July) at the Johara Ballroom, Madinat Jumeirah.
The expansive master plan offers a fresh approach to luxury living, fusing cultural legacy with wellness innovation to create a distinctive, self-contained lifestyle destination in Dubai. The name ‘Ardh’ — meaning ‘earth’ or ‘land’ in Arabic — underlines the development’s deep-rooted connection to tradition and nature.
Firas Al Msaddi, CEO of fäm Properties, commented:
“We are thrilled to partner with MAG Group on such a one-of-a-kind development. Keturah Ardh aligns perfectly with our experience in off-plan sales, land consultancy, and delivering adaptable payment strategies for today’s buyers.”
“This is far more than a typical real estate launch — it’s the introduction of Dubai’s most exclusive heritage-wellness concept: freehold plots approved for luxury townhouses. It’s ideal for those who want to build, personalize, and invest in lasting value while preserving authentic Arabic culture.”
“Truly integrated heritage-wellness offerings are rare. Luxury townhouse plots in such communities are among the most demanded and least available properties in today’s market. Over the past four years, this segment has consistently led the market in performance and investor interest.”
Keturah Ardh embodies MAG Group’s legacy of over 45 years in innovation and excellence. It emphasizes traditional Arabic aesthetics and top-tier wellness features including a spa, sauna, yoga and pilates facilities, running and cycling tracks, and lush green spaces. The landscaping will incorporate mature trees imported from Italy, Spain, Thailand, and Africa, all set within a meticulously planned community focused on long-term investment value.
Key project milestones include infrastructure delivery in Q1 2026, with construction slated to begin in Q4 2026, and full completion expected by 2030. Keturah Ardh is the fourth major development in the Keturah portfolio, following the success of Keturah Reserve, Keturah Resort, and Keturah Bahar — strengthening Keturah’s position as a leading global luxury real estate brand.
Project Highlights:
