Dubai is set to become the epicentre of health, strength, and wellbeing this weekend as Dubai Active 2025 takes over Expo City Dubai from 24th to 26th October. Now in its ninth edition, the festival has grown into the Middle East’s largest celebration of fitness, attracting over 40,000 visitors, 2,000 athletes, and 400 leading global brands.
Organised by IEG Middle East in collaboration with the Dubai Sports Council, Dubai Active combines three dynamic events under one roof: Dubai Active, Dubai Muscle Show, and Dubai Active Industry. Attendees can look forward to a jam-packed weekend filled with live workouts, motivational talks, competitions, and wellness experiences.

Fitness enthusiasts will get a chance to train with international icons like Kayla Itsines, Leana Deeb, James Smith, Bradley Simmonds, and Diren Kartal across the Active Arena and the Going All In Fitness Stage. From high-intensity HIIT sessions to restorative yoga and Pilates classes, the festival caters to every level of fitness. Returning favourites such as the HYROX 365 Challenge, powered by GymNation, will push endurance limits, while the Future Champions Combat Arena, in collaboration with Team Nogueira, will spotlight rising stars in combat sports.
The expansive 35,000 sqm exhibition space will showcase hundreds of fitness, nutrition, and wellness brands offering exclusive promotions, gadgets, and interactive demos. Meanwhile, Dubai Active Industry 2025 provides a dedicated platform for global wellness leaders to connect, explore innovations, and discuss future growth opportunities. With 750+ buyer meetings and over 400 participating brands, the business-focused segment strengthens the region’s wellness economy.
The Dubai Muscle Show, returning for its ninth year, promises thrilling displays of strength and endurance from the world’s top bodybuilding champions. Visitors can explore cutting-edge fitness apparel, nutrition products, and recovery technology, making it a hub for both professionals and enthusiasts.
With three days of action, learning, and entertainment, Dubai Active 2025 has truly cemented its status as a must-visit event for anyone passionate about health, fitness, and overall wellbeing.
