ENOC Group Reports Strong 2024 Growth and Global Expansion

ENOC Group, a well-known energy company from Dubai, had a great year in 2024. The company shared its major achievements at its annual townhall meeting in Dubai. These achievements are part of ENOC’s five-part plan to grow and improve its services for customers in the UAE and around the world.

Serving More People Than Ever Before

In 2024, ENOC Group served more than 129 million customers through its 200+ service stations across the UAE. The company also runs its operations in over 60 countries, showing that its international reach is growing fast.

New Service Stations and Sites

To support the increasing demand for fuel, ENOC opened:

• 9 new service stations in the UAE,

• 6 new Tasjeel vehicle testing sites, and

• 4 ENOC Link Smart Stations for better fuel service.

These new sites are part of ENOC’s efforts to improve its fuel and customer service across the country.

Focus on Innovation and Sustainability

ENOC’s CEO, His Excellency Saif Humaid Al Falasi, said that 2024’s success came from focusing on better technology, saving energy, and reaching more global customers. He also said ENOC is working hard to help Dubai and the UAE meet their green energy and sustainability goals.

Some important points:

• The company worked on renewable energy solutions.

• It also managed to reduce operational costs.

• ENOC won 15 awards for great customer service under their “Think Customer” plan.

Growth in Other Countries

ENOC is growing not just in the UAE but around the world. In 2024:

• The Horizon JPUT Pipeline was completed in Singapore.

• ENOC started selling its lubricants in over 10 new international markets.

• Its marine lubricants are now available at more than 400 ports.

Helping Local Talent

ENOC also cares about supporting Emiratis. In 2024, it reached:

• 52% Emiratisation overall,

• 100% Emiratisation at Executive level, and

• 80% at Senior Management level.

The company also ran special training programs like LeaderSHIFT and Level Up to help UAE nationals become future leaders. A total of 44 employees took part in these programs.

Cleaner Air Travel and Saving Energy

ENOC supplied 1.17 billion US gallons of jet fuel to more than 300 airports in 28 countries, helping the airline industry. It also saved AED 395 million through its energy-saving programs and prevented 703,000 metric tonnes of harmful emissions since 2014.

Strong Focus on Safety

Safety is a big priority for ENOC. In 2024, they completed:

• 20 million safe working hours with no accidents that caused time off,

• A total of 115 million safe hours between 2018 and 2024.

Employee Ideas and Achievements

ENOC runs an Innovation Programme that lets employees share their ideas. In 2024:

• 1,593 ideas were shared,

• 138 ideas were put into action,

• These changes helped the company earn AED 99.2 million, which is 400% more than before.

ENOC also earned 1,311 quality certifications, showing they follow high standards. The company’s employee satisfaction score of 4.40 shows that staff are happy and feel supported.
