Emirates Airline won four awards at the 2025 Business Traveller Middle East (BTME) awards, including the title of "Best Airline Worldwide" for the twelfth year in a row.

In addition to the top honor, Emirates also won awards for "Best First Class," "Best Premium Economy Class," and "Best Airport Lounge in the Middle East."

Adil Al Ghaith, the Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations, and Dr. Nejib Ben Khedher, the Divisional Senior Vice President of Skywards, received the awards on behalf of Emirates. These awards are given to companies and services that show excellence in business travel, and the winners are chosen through a transparent public voting process. This helps recognize the best in the travel industry.

The awards show how Emirates is always working to improve the travel experience for its customers. The airline has been upgrading its fleet of aircraft to provide a better experience for everyone, whether they’re flying in First Class, Premium Economy, or any other class.

Since 2022, Emirates has been upgrading 219 of its planes, with 51 already fully renovated. The airline has also started using its new A350 planes, which are equipped with the latest technology and products. These upgraded planes are now flying to more cities, making it easier for customers to enjoy a consistent, top-quality experience when traveling to or through Dubai. By the end of this year, Emirates will serve over 70 cities with its newly refurbished Boeing 777s, Airbus A380s, and the new A350s.

Emirates’ First-Class experience is known for being the best in luxury air travel. In First Class, passengers enjoy fully private suites, unlimited caviar, Dom Pérignon champagne, comfortable pyjamas, luxury skincare, and more. These top-tier services make long flights more enjoyable and relaxing.

Since its introduction in 2022, Emirates’ Premium Economy Class has also received praise from travelers. This class offers a travel experience similar to Business Class on other airlines, with leather reclining seats, premium meals, and even complimentary amenity kits on some flights. Passengers can also enjoy sparkling wine, Chandon Vintage Brut 2017.

On the ground, Emirates has three luxurious First-Class Lounges at Dubai International Airport. These lounges provide services like premium shopping, à la carte dining, a Timeless spa, a wine cellar, a cigar bar, and much more to make the travel experience even better.

In addition to these wins, Emirates’ brand value has grown significantly. According to Brand Finance, Emirates’ brand value reached US $8.4 billion in 2024, up 27% from the previous year. This growth shows how more travelers are choosing premium experiences, and Emirates has become one of the top five most valuable airline brands in the world. It is also the most valuable Middle Eastern airline brand.

Emirates’ success is not just about its top services; it also focuses on expanding its network, sponsoring major events, and using creative marketing campaigns to build its brand globally. All of this helps Emirates continue to grow and keep its place as a leader in the airline industry.
