Dubai’s Emirates Group has opened a new ‘Crew Zone’ at its headquarters, a special place designed just for cabin crew members. This new space took nine months to build and cost Dh3 million. It is made to help the airline’s cabin crew feel more comfortable and supported while they work.
The Crew Zone has a modern and open design, making it easy for cabin crew to use. It is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so crew members can visit anytime they need. Inside, different services and areas can help them in their personal and professional lives. These include educational workshops, a technology support center, a beauty and wellness hub, a relaxing lounge, and more.
Since Emirates is currently hiring new cabin crew from around the world, this space will be useful for them as well. Crew members can use this zone to complete inflight reports, ask for advice, attend workshops, visit the beauty hub, collect important documents and devices, or just relax and chat with their colleagues.

What’s Inside the Crew Zone?
The Crew Zone is quite large and can fit up to 200 crew members at a time. It has seven different areas, each offering something unique. These areas are:
Crew Engagement Zone – This space is used for meetings, workshops, training, and product launches. It helps crew members stay updated on Emirates' latest projects.
One Device Hub – A technology help center where staff is available 24/7 to answer questions about Emirates’ One Device program.
Crew Lounge – A comfortable place to relax, have coffee, finish flight reports, or catch up with friends after work.
Facilities Distribution Service – A section where crew members can pick up necessary equipment and supplies.
Crew Computer Zone – A space with computers for crew members to use for work-related tasks.
Crew Connect Services – A support area where the crew can get assistance with various work matters.
Beauty Hub – A special area offering beauty and wellness services to help crew members look and feel their best.
The Crew Zone is located on the ground floor of the Emirates Group Headquarters in Dubai. It has been designed to make the lives of Emirates cabin crew easier and more comfortable.
This new space is another way Emirates is showing support for its employees, making sure they have everything they need to do their jobs well while also taking care of themselves.
