Dubai’s NIP Secures AED 1B Projects, Boosting Industrial Growth

Dubai, UAE – September 2025: National Industries Park (NIP), DP World’s leading industrial hub in Dubai, has achieved over AED 1 billion in new projects this year, showing strong confidence from investors in the city’s growing industrial sector.

Between January and September, NIP leased more than 7 million square feet of land. Most of this land has been allocated to greenfield projects, which will help create new manufacturing capacity in Dubai. This growth has helped NIP’s tenant base expand past 400 companies, providing more than 24,700 jobs across various sectors.

New Investors and Projects

This year, several new companies have joined NIP, including Danube Building Materials, LT Foods Middle East, and Trilogy Fab Trailers Manufacturing. These investments continue NIP’s strong performance, following a remarkable 2024, when new customer registrations nearly doubled compared to the previous year.

Abdulla Al Hashmi, Chief Operating Officer of Parks & Zones at DP World GCC, said:
"Nationwide value added in manufacturing is projected at AED 160 billion in 2025. NIP’s strong performance highlights Dubai’s position as a hub for advanced manufacturing. The growing number of greenfield projects shows investor confidence in our ability to help businesses scale quickly, create jobs, and drive industrial growth."
