Additionally, over 50 dried fish varieties are available, with roughly 70% sourced from UAE waters and the remainder imported globally. The Fruits and Vegetables Market features produce from more than 80 local farms, supplemented by imports from around the globe, offering over 160 varieties. The Dry Goods and Spices section features over 250 varieties, including dates, nuts, grains, and spices, serving Dubai’s multicultural population of over 180 nationalities.
