In a strategic move, Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) has announced a collaboration with renowned hotel groups Kempinski Hotels and Marriott International, leading to the rebranding of five iconic hotels in Dubai. Starting January 1, 2024, these properties will be operated under the banners of Kempinski, JW Marriott, and Autograph Collection Hotels.
Address Boulevard, a prominent hotel, will undergo a transformation and be renamed Kempinski The Boulevard. Another flagship property, The Address Dubai Mall, will be rebranded as Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai. The Address Dubai Marina will adopt the name JW Marriott Hotel Marina, while Vida Downtown Dubai Hotel will be known as Hotel Boulevard, Autograph Collection. Lastly, Manzil Downtown Dubai Hotel will carry the new branding of The Heritage Hotel, Autograph Collection.
Khalid Anib, CEO of Abu Dhabi National Hotels, expressed excitement about the collaboration and the prospect of partnering with Kempinski and Marriott International. He highlighted Kempinski's reputation for excellence in European hospitality and its fitting role in ushering these two prestigious Dubai hotels into a new era. Anib also emphasized the strengthening of their relationship with Marriott International, seeing JW Marriott and Autograph Collection as valuable additions to ADNH's diverse portfolio.
This collaboration aims to elevate guest experiences, emphasizing unparalleled luxury and reinforcing Dubai's status as a global travel destination. As part of the rebranding process, each property will undergo carefully planned enhancements to ensure a seamless stay for guests while aligning with the commitment to delivering on-brand experiences.
The move reflects the evolving dynamics of ADNH's business model and aligns with a broader strategy to enhance its presence in the competitive hospitality sector. The choice of globally recognized brands like Kempinski and Marriott International underscores ADNH's commitment to providing world-class hospitality services.
The iconic hotels involved in this collaboration have played significant roles in Dubai's hospitality landscape. Their transition to new identities under the respected banners of Kempinski, JW Marriott, and Autograph Collection is expected to invigorate these establishments and contribute to the city's allure as a preferred destination for luxury travelers.
With each hotel poised to embrace its new branding, guests can anticipate a refreshed and refined experience that harmonizes with the legacy of these properties. The strategic partnership aims to capture the essence of European hospitality excellence and the distinct offerings associated with Marriott International's renowned brands.
As the rebranding process unfolds, stakeholders and patrons alike eagerly await the unveiling of these revitalized establishments. The collaboration between ADNH, Kempinski, and Marriott International marks a significant chapter in Dubai's hospitality industry, reflecting the city's commitment to innovation, excellence, and delivering extraordinary experiences to visitors from around the world.
