Dubai is all set to welcome the 2025 edition of #EidInDubai, a grand celebration of Eid Al-Fitr filled with fireworks, live shows, sports, shopping deals, and unique dining experiences. The event comes right after the remarkable success of #RamadanInDubai, which featured over 200 cultural, spiritual, and entertainment activities, bringing people together to celebrate the spirit of the Holy Month.
The #EidInDubai campaign was officially launched under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council (DMC). It was announced by Brand Dubai, the creative branch of the Government of Dubai Media Office (GDMO).
The announcement took place at a press conference attended by Her Excellency Mona Al Marri, Vice Chairperson and Managing Director of the Dubai Media Council and Director General of GDMO. Also present were representatives from the public and private sectors, who will be collaborating to make the event a massive success.
Building on the Success of #RamadanInDubai
During the press conference, Her Excellency Mona Al Marri praised the partners and participants of the #RamadanInDubai campaign, highlighting how it enriched Dubai’s social scene and boosted its image as a top destination for festive experiences.

She noted that the campaign celebrated the ‘Year of Community’, reflecting the UAE’s strong social values and rich heritage. She also emphasized how the entire campaign was made possible through the seamless cooperation of stakeholders who share a common goal of making Dubai a vibrant hub of culture and entertainment.
Shaima Al Suwaidi, Director of Brand Dubai, said that the Eid Al-Fitr celebrations will not only showcase the UAE’s culture and traditions but also highlight Dubai’s global appeal. She added that the festive programme will create a joyful atmosphere, bringing people together from all over the world to enjoy Dubai’s vibrant charm.
Recognising Contributions and Celebrating Creativity
During the event, Brand Dubai honoured the partners, media outlets, and participating entities for their contributions to the success of the Ramadan In Dubai campaign.
The winners of the ‘Dubai’s Best Decorated Ramadan Homes’ competition were also celebrated.
Asma Alyassi from Muhaisnah 3 won first place and received AED 100,000.
Mansoor Al Zahidi and Abbas Alkhajeh, both from Al Warqa 3, came in second and third place, winning AED 60,000 and AED 40,000, respectively.
Additionally, 20 participants were rewarded with Umrah trips for two, making the occasion even more special.
A Remarkable Ramadan in Dubai
The #RamadanInDubai campaign turned the city into a beautiful expression of faith, unity, and generosity. Throughout the month, Dubai hosted over 200 events across different locations, including:
At Dubai’s ports of entry, international visitors were given a warm welcome with their passports stamped with the #RamadanInDubai logo, showcasing Dubai’s creativity and hospitality.
The campaign saw a massive online response, with videos reaching over 10 million views and 900,000+ interactions. There were also over 9,000 posts and news articles, highlighting the event’s global popularity. Media coverage included 200 news pieces across TV, print, and online platforms.
A Citywide Eid Celebration
Following the spirit of Ramadan, the #EidInDubai campaign will bring a range of exciting festivities from 25 March to 6 April.
