Who Graduated?
A total of 21 employees graduated from this program. These included both administrative and technical staff of Dubai Courts. They attended the training from August to November 2024, completing 120 training hours in total. This long and detailed program gave them the chance to learn deeply about leadership and management.
What Was Taught in the Program?
The program had six important parts or “pillars.” These were:
Modern Government Administration
Learning how governments today are managed in an effective way.
Strategic Planning
Learning to plan in a smart way for better results.
Change Management
Learning how to handle changes in organisations smoothly.
Leadership Skills Development
Developing strong leadership skills to lead teams confidently.
Institutional Capacity Building
Making the organisation stronger by building skills in staff.
These parts helped them understand both the theory and the real practical ways to manage work better. The program included workshops, mentoring sessions, field visits, and lectures by top experts to make learning fun and useful.
What Did Leaders Say?
His Excellency Dr. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi said that the partnership with MBRSG is very important as it helps in building the skills of their employees. He said learning is not just a one-time thing but a journey that goes on forever. Dubai Courts wants to keep giving their staff good learning opportunities so that they can grow in their careers and also help the organisation grow.
He added that this graduation shows that Dubai Courts is serious about preparing their employees to face the future confidently.
His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Sebaa Al Marri, CEO of MBRSG, said that the program aims to prepare national leaders with the best knowledge and skills. He said the graduates went through a strong learning journey with both theory and practical work. This will help them face challenges bravely in their workplaces and bring new ideas to their departments. He added that this partnership with Dubai Courts shows their commitment to supporting talented people and building a stronger government for Dubai’s future.
Special Assessments and Tests
During the program, students took special leadership assessments like:
Gallup Leadership Test: This helped them understand their strengths and how to use them for better leadership.
Trust and Inspiration Exercise: This helped them learn how to create a positive and inspiring environment in their teams.
These tests gave them deep insights into their personal leadership styles and ways they can grow further.
Field Visits
Graduates also visited leading government institutions. They saw how other organisations work and learned about their best practices. This inspired them to think about how Dubai Courts can improve its own work and bring new ideas for growth.
Online Learning
To make learning easier, the program had online sessions through the MBRSG Smart Executive Education Platform. This helped participants learn at their own speed and time. They could watch lessons and read materials at home or work, making their learning flexible and practical.
Executive Projects
At the end of the program, graduates worked in groups to create executive projects. These projects focused on solving real challenges faced by Dubai Courts. They presented their ideas to a special evaluation team. This helped them apply what they learned in class to real life and showed how their knowledge could be used to improve the organisation.
Individual Mentoring
Each graduate had one-on-one mentoring sessions in the Leadership Style Analysis Lab. This helped them understand:
How they interact with team members
How they make decisions
How they can improve their leadership style
These sessions gave them confidence to plan their career paths better and become strong leaders in the future.
Why Is This Program Important?
This program is important because it builds strong leaders for the UAE government. Dubai Courts believes that employees are the main strength of an organisation. By training their staff, they are ensuring that Dubai Courts continues to provide excellent services to the public. MBRSG also feels proud to be part of this journey by training future leaders with world-class knowledge and practical skills.
In simple words, the Empowering Future Leaders Program is a great example of how Dubai Courts and MBRSG are working together to build a better future. It shows their commitment to empowering employees with the right skills, knowledge, and confidence. These 21 graduates are now ready to take on bigger responsibilities and help Dubai Courts become stronger and more innovative. Their hard work, dedication, and the support of their leaders have made this achievement possible, creating a strong foundation for the future growth of Dubai Courts and Dubai as a whole.
