Dubai Courts, under the guidance and approval of His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of the UAE, and Chairman of the Dubai Judicial Council, has unveiled a pioneering initiative known as the "Tanfeeth+" program. This initiative marks a significant milestone in the advancement of civil judgment enforcement, aligning with the overarching goal of enhancing judicial services within the emirate.
The Director General of Dubai Courts, His Excellency Prof. Dr. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, highlighted the program's strategic importance in bolstering the efficiency of the judicial enforcement ecosystem. This initiative is in line with the vision and directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, aimed at positioning Dubai as a global leader in judicial services, renowned for its speed, excellence, and fairness.

Emphasizing Dubai Courts' commitment to pioneering innovation and international distinction, Judge Khalid Al Mansouri, Head of the Execution Court at Dubai Courts, underscored the transformative potential of Tanfeeth+. The program represents a concerted effort to streamline legislative implementation and provide cutting-edge judicial services.
At its core, the strategic plan supporting Tanfeeth+ seeks to achieve expeditious justice, foster public trust in the judicial system, bolster social and economic stability, and enhance enforcement efficiency. This vision is realized through the establishment of a seamlessly integrated digital environment aimed at optimizing operations, elevating service quality, and conserving time and resources.
Key initiatives under the Tanfeeth+ umbrella include the introduction of a Digital Writ of Execution Seal, enabling petitioners to initiate enforcement procedures remotely, thereby eliminating the need for physical visits to service centers. The Disclosure Platform empowers enforcement judges to directly access information regarding respondents' assets, facilitating asset seizure when necessary.
Integration with the Ministry of Interior (MOI) ensures the enforcement of liberty-restricting orders, travel bans, and asset seizures through streamlined collaboration with relevant authorities. Digital Requests and the Sale Notification System automate execution procedures and alert officials about confiscated assets slated for sale, enhancing operational efficiency.
Furthermore, Tanfeeth+ incorporates mechanisms for automated cancellation of enforcement upon completion of payments, as well as an Automated Disbursement System that swiftly channels deposited amounts to petitioners' registered bank accounts. Virtual Bank Accounts enable direct deposits of seized assets for automatic disbursement, ensuring equitable distribution among involved parties.
Operating across five key impact pillars—Efficiency and Digitalization, Speed and Agility, Transparency and Information Sharing, Collaboration with Partners, and Legal Compliance—Tanfeeth+ epitomizes Dubai Courts' unwavering commitment to elevating service standards, aligning with governmental directives, and fortifying the judicial system's efficiency, transparency, and commitment to justice.
