The company has set new standards for workplace excellence by making employee engagement a key part of its strategy. Gallup’s CEO, Jon Clifton, praised the winners of this year’s award, saying:
"Congratulations to this year’s Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award winners for setting the standard for a thriving workplace. Your dedication to creating an environment where employees feel valued, heard, and empowered to do their best work is truly remarkable. By focusing on both people and performance, you are shaping the future of work and proving that exceptional workplaces drive real results."

Meshari Al Bannai, Chief People Officer at Dubai Airports, also shared his thoughts on this achievement:
"Engaged people drive success. This award reflects our continuous efforts to create a workplace where our teams feel empowered, supported, and motivated to perform at their best. By prioritizing employee well-being, career growth, and teamwork, we are building a strong culture where everyone can contribute meaningfully to the future of aviation."

Gallup’s research on workplace engagement is one of the most in-depth studies ever conducted. It covers data from over 3.3 million employees working in 347 organizations across 53 industries and 90 countries. The research shows that companies with highly engaged employees perform better in many areas, including customer service, profits, productivity, employee retention, safety, and overall workplace satisfaction.

Dubai Airports’ recognition with the 2025 GEWA award is a testament to its commitment to building a workplace where employees feel valued, motivated, and ready to contribute to the company’s success.
