Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing increasing legal troubles as federal prosecutors have obtained a videotape from a male sex worker detailing alleged encounters with the music mogul. This evidence was reportedly handed over by the escort in exchange for immunity from prosecution, potentially bolstering the ongoing criminal case against Combs.
On September 26, TMZ reported that the escort met with federal investigators in New York City while Diddy remains incarcerated in Brooklyn, awaiting trial. The discussions reportedly revolved around a scandalous "freak off" involving Combs, the escort, and another woman, shedding light on the sex trafficking and racketeering charges against him. The escort has signed a proffer agreement, allowing him to speak candidly with federal authorities without the fear of being prosecuted.
The videotape is said to be part of a series of notorious "freak off" tapes referenced in court documents, which outline multi-day sex orgies characterized by excessive drug use, heavy alcohol consumption, and the use of lubricants. Reports also suggest that some women may have been coerced into participating in these activities.

Sources have disclosed to TMZ that the same escort who provided the videotape also described the types of drugs allegedly used by Combs during these parties. He detailed how he was contacted to participate in a "freak off" involving Diddy and another woman, and mentioned a specific encounter that was captured on video and submitted to officials investigating the case.
Diddy's attorney, Marc Agnifilo, who will feature in the upcoming TMZ documentary titled "The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment," previously stated that these alleged "freak offs" were not wild orgies but rather typical threesomes involving consenting adults.
Although the trial date remains unspecified, Agnifilo indicated that Diddy has his own story to tell and plans to share it during court testimony. He described this narrative as "a deeply human tale, filled with love, pain, and heartbreak," which he intends to present on his terms. It is expected that the case will also address video evidence involving Diddy and his former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.
As pressure mounts for Hollywood figures who were frequent attendees of Diddy’s notorious "White Parties" to speak out, many, including stars like Usher, Justin Bieber, Jennifer Lopez, and partygoers like Leonardo DiCaprio and the Kardashians, have remained silent despite public scrutiny and media attention.
