Billionaire Bill Ackman contributed nearly 100,000 Australian dollars, promoting the campaign on social media. Additionally, both Australia’s Prime Minister and New South Wales Premier visited Ahmed in the hospital to express their gratitude for his valor.

The Bondi Beach shooting resulted in the deaths of 15 individuals and left many others injured during the Hanukkah celebrations at the popular beach. Officials have reported that the assault was executed by a father-son duo, with the elder shot dead by police and the younger left in critical condition.
