Dubai: Bahria Town, the biggest builder in Pakistan, is planning a very big project in Dubai South. This new project will have homes, shops, offices, and places for fun. It will cover a huge area of 20 million square feet. The project is being developed by BT Holding, which is a part of Bahria Town. Sales for homes and shops in this project will start in January 2025.
Bahria Town is well-known for building very large townships in Pakistan. Right now, it is working on a huge township in Karachi, which will have enough homes for 5 million people when it is finished. Bahria Town is also building big projects in Lahore and Islamabad. These projects show how good the company is at creating planned communities with everything people need, like homes, businesses, and parks.
For the Dubai South project, Bahria Town wants to use all its experience in building big communities. Malik Riaz Hussain, who started Bahria Town and is its Chairman, said, "We have learned a lot by building big communities in Pakistan. Now, we want to do the same in Dubai South. We will build a community that has everything people need, all in one place. We are excited to work with Dubai South to make this dream come true."
