Arab League Prepares for 10th Joint Meeting with EU

Permanent representatives at the Arab League convened a meeting today at the league’s headquarters in Cairo. The session was chaired by Ambassador Hamad Al-Zaabi, Permanent Representative of the United Arab Emirates to the Arab League. The main focus of the meeting was to review preparations for the 10th joint meeting between the Arab League’s permanent representatives and the EU’s Political and Security Committee ambassadors, which is scheduled to take place in Brussels on November 4.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s delegation to the meeting was led by its Permanent Representative to the Arab League, Ambassador Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Matar. Assistant Secretary-General for International Political Affairs at the Arab League, Ambassador Dr. Khaled Manzlawiy, highlighted the significance of the meeting.
