The forum was about using smart tools and new ideas to make public services better and faster. It showed how Abu Dhabi is working hard to use modern tools to help people and improve government work.

The first meeting was on October 11, 2024, at the ATRC headquarters. Many top government leaders joined, including His Excellency Faisal Al Bannai, an advisor to the UAE President and Secretary-General of ATRC. He gave a speech about how Abu Dhabi is leading the way in using new tools to make government work simpler and more helpful.

His Excellency Ahmed Tamim Hisham Al Kuttab, Chairman of DGE, said the forum helps leaders work together to improve services for everyone. He said the event shows how Abu Dhabi wants to use new ideas and tools to make life easier for people.

One special part of the event was a talk between Dr. Najwa Aaraj, CEO of the Technology Innovation Institute (TII), and His Excellency Saleh Hamed, who works at DGE. They spoke about how smart tools are changing government work, making it faster and safer. They also talked about how these tools help in health care, space travel, and saving the environment.

The second meeting was on September 13, 2024. Senior leaders from many government offices came together to talk about how smart tools can make government services better and easier to use.

H.E. Faisal Al Bannai said the forum helps plan the future of government services in Abu Dhabi. He explained how new tools can solve problems, make work faster, and help the government serve people in better ways.

The event also showed how machines and secure systems can help in public services. Leaders saw examples of how these tools can solve problems like managing resources, protecting information, and making work smoother.

Throughout the forum, leaders said teamwork is very important when using these new tools. They said offices need to work together to make sure these changes help people and improve public services.

Abu Dhabi wants to stay a leader in modern government. The ideas shared in the forum will help make better plans for the future. The event helped leaders learn how to work together and use smart tools to make life better for everyone.
