Abhishek Bachchan has completed 25 years in the film industry. In a recent interview, he spoke openly about his journey and how he feels after so many years in Bollywood.

He said that people often talk about actors coming from film families, but just having a famous last name is not enough. “You cannot stay in the film industry for 25 years just because of your family. You have to prove your worth with your own hard work and talent,” Abhishek said.

He believes that the audience is smart. They know who is doing good work and who is not. “If people don’t like your acting, they won’t watch your films. It’s as simple as that,” he added.

Abhishek also said he feels thankful to the audience who supported him over the years. “If I have lasted this long, it’s because people accepted me. I will always be grateful for that.”

He shared that he has seen many ups and downs in his career, but never thought about giving up. "I’ve had both hits and flops, but I never ran away. I kept working hard and tried to get better with every film."

Talking about his family, he said he is proud to be the son of Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan. But he wants people to remember him for his own work. “I respect my parents a lot. But at the end of the day, I want to be known as Abhishek, not just as someone’s son.”

He also said he never expected a smooth ride just because of his background. “I’ve always had to fight for my place. I’ve given auditions, waited for roles, and faced rejection too.”

Abhishek shared that he has learned a lot over the years and is excited for what lies ahead. “Every film teaches you something. I still feel like a student of cinema.”

The actor’s next film is expected to release soon, and he said he is very happy with the work he’s doing now. He ended the interview by saying, “You can survive in this industry only if you are honest with your work and keep improving.”
