8th MOTN Festival Draws Over 259,000 Visitors

The 8th edition of the MOTN (Museum of the Night) Festival ended with its biggest season ever. Over 259,000 people visited the event from November 28 to December 31, 2024. The festival took place in three locations: Al Dhafra, Al Ain, and the Abu Dhabi Corniche. This year, the festival was called “Out of This World.”

The festival had many fun things to do. Visitors could enjoy thrilling rides, exciting shows, delicious food from many countries, and games for families. The event lasted 31 days and offered over 350 different experiences for everyone.

One of the highlights was the “Out of This World Museum,” a special place where kids could learn and play. The museum had cool rooms that looked like they were from outer space. There was also a Giant Ferris Wheel, a maze inspired by the game "Five Nights at Freddy’s," and a fun Space Flight wind tunnel.

The festival also had the MOTN Theatre, a Basketball Hub, the Ninja Kidz Action Park, skill games, a Community Stage, a DJ Booth, a Space Park, and arts and crafts stations. There was something for everyone to enjoy.

Food lovers also had a great time with over 30 food vendors from around the world. They could try many different kinds of food, both from other countries and from local chefs.

The festival also had live performances by famous singers and musicians. Some of the artists who performed were Hamad Al Ameri, Asaad Al Bathari, Balqees, Eida Al Menhali, Harbi Al Ameri, Oumaima Taleb, Ayed Youssef, Muslim, Siilawy, A5RASS, and Mohammad Hamaki. Mohammad Hamaki closed the festival with a big concert on New Year’s Eve.

The MOTN Festival was a huge success. It brought a lot of fun and entertainment to people of all ages, making it a memorable event for everyone who attended.
