The UAE Public Prosecution, under the direction of the Attorney General, has unveiled a secret organization operating outside the country, formed by fugitive members of the "Reform Call" Organization, also known as the Muslim Brotherhood. This group, classified as a terrorist organization in the UAE, was slated for dissolution in 2013 but has re-emerged with the aim of reviving its previous goals.
The investigation, conducted by the State Security Agency, focused on fugitives from various emirates who were tried and convicted in absentia in 2013. Surveillance of these individuals led to the identification of two key groups that have convened abroad. These groups have recruited additional members and established a new organization, which has received funding from sources both within the UAE and from other international terrorist networks.

The investigation revealed that the newly formed organization has formed alliances with other terrorist entities and is utilizing media, economic, and educational sectors to bolster its presence and secure its operations abroad. Among its affiliates is the Cordoba Foundation (TCF), a group that has been classified as a terrorist organization in the UAE since 2014. The Foundation, led by Muslim Brotherhood leader Anas Al-Tikriti, who resides abroad, has been involved in organizing protests against UAE embassies and international organizations.
Members of this new organization have been using encrypted communication apps and conducting covert meetings to coordinate their activities. A detained member's confessions have provided insights into the group's structure and operations. These activities include undermining stability, leading smear campaigns, spreading hate speech, and attempting to destabilize the state through misinformation and incitement against UAE institutions.
Additionally, some members have engaged with human rights and international organizations, spreading misleading information to damage the UAE's reputation.
The UAE Public Prosecution is conducting a comprehensive investigation to validate these confessions and is continuing its inquiries through the State Security Service. An official statement about the organization and its activities is anticipated once the investigations are concluded.
