HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Managing Director and CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), has reaffirmed DEWA’s commitment to advancing the Dubai Digital Strategy and reinforcing Dubai’s position as a global leader in digital innovation. Al Tayer highlighted how DEWA is leveraging the Fourth Industrial Revolution's disruptive technologies to drive digital transformation, improve transaction efficiency, and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.

In the first half of 2024, DEWA’s customers carried out over 6.7 million digital transactions, a significant increase from approximately 6 million transactions in the same period of 2023—representing an 11% growth.
