Umm Ramool RTA Centre Now Open 24/7 for All Services

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has decided to keep the Umm Ramool Customer Happiness Centre open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including official holidays. This change is being made to improve the customer experience and make sure that people are as satisfied as possible. It shows how committed the RTA is to providing excellent services and listening to feedback and suggestions from customers. This move also supports RTA’s long-term goals for 2024–2030 and helps with the larger plans of Dubai’s Vision 2030.

RTA wants to make sure that every customer has a great experience by offering easy, fast, and automated digital services. The RTA has a plan to make all Customer Happiness Centres smart and modern, following the best practices from around the world. These centres will also offer services online at any time, so customers can access them easily and quickly.

The Umm Ramool Customer Happiness Centre provides a wide variety of services. These include things like driver and vehicle licensing, public transportation services, nol card transactions, investment services, traffic-related services, and helping people with right-of-way services.
