UAE–Iran FMs Discuss Ramadan, Regional Peace

In a significant diplomatic exchange, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the UAE, received a telephone call from Abbas Araghchi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

During the call, both leaders exchanged warm greetings on the occasion of the Holy Month of Ramadan, highlighting the spirit of goodwill and mutual respect between the two nations.

The two top diplomats also reviewed the current regional situation and discussed the latest developments across the region. Their conversation focused on ongoing diplomatic efforts and the importance of dialogue in maintaining regional stability.

Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed stressed the vital role of successful negotiations between the United States and Iran. He said that constructive US-Iran talks are essential for strengthening security in the region, meeting the aspirations of the people for greater prosperity and stability, and supporting both regional and international peace.
