Dubai, UAE – In a recent report released by W Capital, a leading brokerage in Dubai, British investors have emerged as the primary purchasers in the Dubai real estate market during the first half of 2024. The report highlighted that besides British investors, other nationalities prominently involved in Dubai's real estate market include Indians, Chinese, Lebanese, Canadians, French, Italians, Dutch, Pakistanis, and Turks.

W Capital forecasts continued robust performance in Dubai's real estate sector, anticipating sales to range between AED 450 billion and 500 billion this year.
