Actor-couple Tara Sutaria and Veer Pahariya continue to attract attention with their vacations, public appearances and growing comfort in expressing their relationship openly. Their latest viral moment, however, has led to heightened speculation about their future.
During Tara’s recent birthday celebration in the Maldives, a playful video featuring Tara, Veer and their friend Orry went viral online. In the clip, Tara jokingly asks Orry, “Have you been sleeping with my husband?” Orry casually responds, “Yeah,” while Veer, standing behind him, reacts with a shocked denial. Tara then asks, “How do you sleep at night?” and Orry replies, “With your husband,” prompting more dramatic reactions from Tara and Veer. The lighthearted exchange has sparked widespread curiosity over whether Tara’s use of the word “husband” was intentional or simply part of the fun.
The comments on the video are filled with amused fans and celebrities. Tara reacted with the word “Ded,” while Veer left a comment using hiding-eye gestures. Fans immediately questioned the situation, asking whether the couple had already married or were hinting at an upcoming announcement. One follower even joked about Tara and Jahnvi Kapoor, who is dating Veer’s brother Shikhar Pahariya, being in the jethani-devrani dynamic.
Tara and Veer’s relationship became public earlier this year in July, when Veer left a flirtatious comment on one of her posts related to her music video Thodi Si Daaru. Tara responded in a similarly affectionate manner, confirming their relationship. Since then, the couple has frequently been seen together, sharing affectionate moments on red carpets, during travels and on social media.
The recent birthday video has intensified fan theories that an official announcement from Tara and Veer could be on the way. Although neither has confirmed anything, their growing openness and public banter continue to fuel speculation about an upcoming milestone.
