Many people feel frustrated when they try to lose belly fat. Even after going to the gym, eating healthy food, or following different diets, the fat around the stomach seems to stay. This makes weight loss feel slow and stressful. But a health coach from Noida, Dipika Rampal, says that the body can burn fat on its own when we support it the right way. She explained in a recent post how simple habits can help the body become a natural “fat-burning machine.”

Dipika says that when someone is not able to lose belly fat, it means the body is stuck in “fat storage mode.” In this condition, the person feels hungry again and again, has cravings for snacks, and feels tired. Even counting calories does not help because the body holds on to stored fat instead of burning it. She explains that the stored fat in the body is like stored fuel, and the body needs the right signals to start using it.

According to Dipika, two main hormones are important in this process. One hormone comes from the gut and helps reduce hunger and food cravings. This hormone is produced when the person eats meals that contain fiber, good fats, and protein. These nutrients help keep the stomach full for a longer time and maintain stable energy throughout the day.

The second hormone is insulin. Insulin rises every time we eat something. If a person eats too often, insulin remains high all the time. When insulin is high, the body does not burn fat. However, when insulin levels go down, the body begins to use stored fat for energy. This is how natural fat-burning starts.

To help with this process, Dipika shared her routine. She skips breakfast and exercises in a fasted state. This means she works out in the morning without eating anything first. She says that this helps the body continue burning stored fat because insulin remains low. She breaks her fast around noon and eats a meal that includes fiber, fats, and protein. Then she waits 4–6 hours before the next meal. This gives the body time to lower insulin and continue burning fat.

She says that doing this daily for 90 days can show visible changes. According to her, this method does not require expensive supplements, shakes, or strict dieting. It focuses on eating real food, listening to the body, and giving the hormones time to work naturally.

However, it is important to remember that every person’s body is different. Some people, such as those with medical conditions, children, pregnant women, or those with very low energy levels, should not start fasting or change diets without speaking to a doctor. Also, what works for one person may need adjustment for another.

But the overall message from the coach is simple: Eat foods that support the body, avoid eating too frequently, and allow insulin to come down. With consistency, the body can learn to use stored fat for energy.
