Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation):

Chaturanga Dandasana (Plank Pose):
This pose strengthens your core, arms, and legs. Holding it for a few seconds tones muscles, improves posture, and increases calorie burn.

Virabhadrasana (Warrior Pose):
The Warrior series (I, II, III) strengthens the legs and core. Building lean muscle through these poses raises your resting metabolism, helping burn calories even at rest.

Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose):
A backbend that works your abdomen and improves digestion. It strengthens back muscles, supports posture, and boosts metabolic function.

Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog Pose):
