UAE-US Boost Energy and AI Ties in Washington

During his official working visit to Washington, Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, met with Doug Burgum, US Secretary of the Interior.

The meeting focused on strengthening the long-standing strategic relationship between the United Arab Emirates and the United States. Both sides discussed ways to further develop cooperation across various sectors in line with the shared interests of the two countries.

The leaders reviewed opportunities to expand joint cooperation in energy and artificial intelligence. They also explored ways to develop partnerships in these key sectors and open new markets to support sustainable economic growth in both nations.

Sheikh Abdullah highlighted that UAE-US relations are built on strong foundations of mutual trust and constructive partnership. He noted that the historic ties between the two countries have become a successful model of cooperation across multiple fields.

The meeting was attended by Saeed Al Hajeri, UAE Minister of State, and Yousef Al Otaiba, UAE Ambassador to the United States.
