Why Sara Avoids Strong Skincare Products
Sara shared that she has always had sensitive skin. That means her skin gets easily irritated. So, she is very careful about what she puts on her face, especially at night.

She avoids using active ingredients like acids or retinol at night. These products can make your skin extra sensitive to the sun the next day. She once said,
“If I put an acid or retinol on my face at night and I go in the sun the next day, my skin gets irritated.”
That’s why she keeps her routine soft and gentle, using only products that suit her.
No Long 15-Step Routines
Many people today follow long 10 or 15-step skincare routines. But Sara believes in doing only what works best for your own skin. She doesn’t believe in following every trend.
In her words:
“You should do what works for you.”
Her skincare routine is simple, short, and easy.
Sara’s Real Thoughts About Beauty
Sara also talked about how beauty is shown on social media. She said many pictures are edited or filtered, which can make people feel bad about themselves. Even she sometimes feels insecure.
But she reminds herself that social media is not always real. She believes that beauty should feel comfortable, not like a big show. That’s why she wears light makeup and keeps it natural. She likes to show her real self instead of trying to look perfect.
Sara’s Simple Morning Routine
Sara’s day usually starts with:
A glass of water
A handful of nuts
A cup of black coffee (she never skips it)
She said coffee helps her wake up and is a must before working out.
Even though she likes to start her day this way, she doesn’t follow the exact same routine every day. She listens to her body. Some days are different, and that’s okay.
She also said that she tried many wellness trends before, like detoxes or special diets, but now she believes in flexibility. She does what feels right for her, not what others are doing.
Dealing with PCOS and Skin Problems
Sara also opened up about a health problem she had called PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome). She got it when she was a teenager. It causes problems like acne, hair growth on the face, and hormonal imbalance.
At first, no creams or treatments helped her. She was feeling upset. But then her mother supported her and took her to a doctor. After some tests, her PCOS was confirmed. The doctor gave her a plan that worked:
Intermittent fasting (eating during certain hours of the day)
Strength training (simple weight workouts)
Eating enough protein (like eggs, chicken, and lentils)
With time, her body started to feel better, and her skin problems also improved.
Her Advice to Young Girls
Looking back at her teenage years, Sara said she used to be a happy and energetic girl. But as she grew older, she started feeling shy and less confident.
If she could talk to her 13-year-old self, she would say:
“You don’t have to hide or feel unsure. You already have so much going for you.”
She wants all girls to know that they are beautiful just the way they are. You don’t need to follow everything online or compare yourself to others.
