Qatar, Saudi Arabia Hold First Anti-Drug Committee Meet

Qatar and Saudi Arabia had their first meeting in Doha to work together and stop illegal drug smuggling. This meeting was part of a new deal between the two countries.

The team from Qatar was led by Colonel Mohammed Abdullah Al Khater. He is the head of the Anti-Drug Operations in Qatar. The Saudi team was led by Colonel Mansoor bin Saleh Al Ghamdi. He is the head of international work at Saudi Arabia’s drug control office.

In the meeting, they talked about many important things. They shared ideas on how to stop drugs from crossing borders. They also planned to help each other with training and working together on big cases.
