Panasonic Debuts MEVIX TL-55LV12A dvLED at ISE 2026

Panasonic Projector & Display Corporation will introduce its new MEVIX TL-55LV12A dvLED display at ISE 2026 in Barcelona, adding a large-format LED model to its professional display portfolio. The company said the display is scheduled for release in the first half of 2026.

The 55-inch dvLED unit is designed to address several practical challenges often associated with traditional LED video wall installations, including the need for external controllers, specialised mounting systems, and complex configuration.

Designed to reduce installation complexity

According to Panasonic, many conventional dvLED systems require dedicated controllers and custom mounting structures, which can increase deployment time and overall project cost. The TL-55LV12A is positioned as an alternative that simplifies setup through a controller-less architecture, allowing content to be displayed directly via HDMI input.

The display is also compatible with VESA-standard mounting systems, enabling integrators to reuse existing LCD video wall brackets and infrastructure when upgrading from LCD to LED.

Key display specifications

The TL-55LV12A features a bezel-less design and a 1.26 mm pixel pitch, allowing multiple units to be combined into larger seamless video walls. Panasonic said the display delivers brightness of up to 800 cd/m², supporting visibility in bright indoor environments such as corporate lobbies, retail spaces, transport hubs and control rooms.

The unit uses COB flip chip LEDs, which the company said helps reduce power consumption. Panasonic provided an early estimate of 720W at 800 cd/m² for a 110-inch class configuration (tentative).

The display can also be installed in both horizontal and vertical orientations, depending on the installation requirements.

Built for long-term operation and maintenance

Panasonic said the TL-55LV12A supports 24/7 operation and uses LED modules rated up to 100,000 hours to half brightness under standard conditions. The company added that the use of COB-type LEDs improves durability and resistance to dust, shock and vibration.

For maintenance, the display includes a front-access design, allowing modules, power supplies and circuit boards to be replaced from the front, which can reduce downtime in wall-mounted installations.
