Businesswoman Nita Ambani turned heads once again with her impeccable ethnic style at the inauguration and Pran Pratishtha of the Shiva Temple in Gir, Gujarat. Known for her love of Indian craftsmanship, Nita chose a stunning Jamawar saree by designer Tarun Tahiliani, showcasing why her ethnic wardrobe is considered unmatched.
The saree was made from a silk-pashmina blend, a fabric with deep historical roots dating back to India’s Mughal era. Its intricate Khashida embroidery, one of the oldest traditions from Jammu and Kashmir, added a touch of royal elegance. The soft shades of pearl, ochre, and deep red gave the outfit a regal and timeless appeal.
Nita draped the saree in a traditional style, allowing the pallu to flow gracefully over her shoulder. The blouse added a modern twist, featuring a subtle optical-illusion effect with curved borders and a striking Jamawar back that complemented the saree beautifully.
Her look was completed with opulent accessories, including a multi-layered necklace of rare vintage Golconda diamonds, matching earrings, and red bangles. Her makeup was soft yet glamorous, with shimmery eyeshadow, smudged eyeliner, mascara-coated lashes, defined brows, glowing cheeks, and nude lipstick.
Nita styled her hair in a middle-parted braid, adorned with red flowers, with soft curls framing her face. A small red bindi added the perfect finishing touch, completing a look that perfectly blended tradition with contemporary elegance.
