Many royal family members came to the Easter service. Prince Andrew, Prince Edward, and Princess Anne were there. The chapel is very old and is inside the area of Windsor Castle.
People noticed that Prince Andrew came. He didn’t go to the royal Christmas event last year. Some people were talking about his connection to a Chinese woman who was called a spy. This made the news. He came to church with his ex-wife, Sarah, the Duchess of York.
Prince William and his wife Catherine, the Princess of Wales, did not come. They stayed home in Norfolk with their children to enjoy Easter together as a family.
A few days before Easter, King Charles shared a message with the people. He talked about the pain that war causes and about brave people who help others, even when it is dangerous for them. His message was kind and thoughtful.
The royal family’s Easter visit is an old tradition. It is also a time for them to meet the public and show kindness.
