ENOC Group Unveils New Edition of Leadership Programme for 44 Emirati Talents

ENOC Group, a key player in the global energy sector, has unveiled its latest initiative, the ENOC Leadership Development Programme, reaffirming its dedication to nurturing a culture of excellence and grooming a new cadre of national leaders within the UAE's energy industry. Aligned with the UAE Government's Emiratisation directives, this move underscores ENOC's ongoing commitment to bolstering Emirati representation within its ranks, with the company already achieving significant milestones in this regard.

The newly introduced LeaderSHIFT and LevelUP initiatives, constituting the ENOC Leadership Development Programme, are tailored to hone the leadership acumen of 44 Emirati talents. Through strategic selection processes, 22 participants each have been chosen for the two distinct programmes, facilitated by a committee encompassing diverse business units and departments across the Group.

Delivered in collaboration with Emeritus, a renowned digital learning provider, LeaderSHIFT and LevelUP encompass a comprehensive nine-month journey aimed at enhancing collective skills and competencies across ENOC's multifaceted business landscape. Participants will undertake strategic projects, embark on educational excursions, and engage in collaborative activities, all while benefitting from insights shared by industry experts and thought leaders.

His Excellency Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO of ENOC, emphasized the strategic significance of leadership development within the company's overarching vision. He highlighted ENOC's steadfast commitment to investing in Emirati talent and grooming future leaders, underscoring the organization's role in driving innovation, adaptability, and sustainable growth within the energy sector.

The ENOC Leadership Development Programme aligns closely with Dubai's strategic objectives and the broader UAE agenda, aiming to cultivate sustainable value and contribute to the nation's socio-economic progress.

Previously, ENOC collaborated with Ashridge Hut Business School to initiate a Leadership Programme benefitting 26 Emirati professionals. This immersive nine-month program equipped participants with essential leadership skills, fostering collaboration, resilience, and effective decision-making capabilities. An integral component of the programme was an international educational trip aimed at exposing participants to global best practices, enriching their leadership experiences and expertise.
