Emirates & MSC Cruises Extend Partnership for Dubai Cruise

Emirates airline and MSC Cruises have decided to continue working together to give travelers a better flying and cruising experience. Their goal is to support Dubai in becoming one of the top cruise destinations in the world. They also plan to find new ways to grow together using Emirates’ large global network.

This partnership was officially announced at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) event held in Dubai. Emirates and MSC Cruises have already been partners for over 10 years. Now, they are taking their partnership even further by combining their strengths to make traveling easier and more enjoyable. They also want to help more tourists choose Dubai as a cruise holiday spot.

The agreement was signed at ATM by Nabil Sultan, who is the Executive Vice President for Passenger Sales and Country Management at Emirates, and Eudes-Philippe Le Guelinel, who is the Head of Fly & Cruise at MSC Cruises.

Nabil Sultan said that this partnership shows how two well-known travel companies can work together to support Dubai’s cruise tourism industry and improve the experience for travelers. He added that more and more people are choosing cruise vacations, and both companies will work together on marketing activities to promote different travel destinations that combine flights and cruises.

Gianni Onorato, the CEO of MSC Cruises, also shared his thoughts. He said that both Emirates and MSC Cruises are known for offering great service and unforgettable travel experiences. He was happy that they are continuing their partnership and offering combined Fly & Cruise packages, where travelers can enjoy Emirates’ world-class flights and MSC Cruises’ amazing ships.

One of the best parts of the Fly & Cruise package is the convenience it offers. When travelers arrive in Dubai, a bus will pick them up from the airport and take them directly to the cruise ship. On the way back, they can drop off their luggage at the cruise terminal and pick it up only after they land at their final destination.

The partnership will also include MSC’s luxury cruise line called Explora Journeys. Both companies want to provide a more elegant and special travel experience for people who want something extra.

Emirates and MSC Cruises will also work together on marketing campaigns in different countries to promote Dubai as a top cruise destination. They will try to match flight and cruise schedules to help travelers save time and make their trips smoother.

At Port Rashid Cruise Terminal in Dubai, Emirates already has 16 check-in counters. Cruise passengers can check in their bags and get their boarding passes up to four hours before their flight. This means they don’t have to go through the usual steps at the airport and can go straight to the gate for their flight.

With this stronger partnership, Emirates and MSC Cruises are ready to make travel easier, smoother, and more fun for people from around the world while helping Dubai grow as a cruise hub.
