Dubai Chamber Sees Record Growth in Members and Trade

Dubai Chamber of Commerce has reported impressive growth during the first nine months of 2025, reflecting Dubai’s continued rise as a global business hub. From Q1 to Q3, the chamber welcomed 53,838 new member companies, marking a 4% year-on-year increase and signaling strong investor confidence in the emirate’s business environment.

Trade activities also witnessed a notable boost, with the value of members’ exports and re-exports reaching AED 260 billion, a 16% increase compared to the same period last year. Certificates of Origin issued by the chamber rose by 9%, totaling 627,908, while 3,743 ATA Carnets were processed for goods valued around AED 3.69 billion.

Dubai Chamber also supported 90 local companies in expanding globally, a 20% growth over last year, and actively engaged in legislative initiatives by reviewing 42 laws with 64% adoption of private sector recommendations. The chamber conducted 223 meetings with Business Groups and Councils, organized 25 legal events with 1,702 participants, and handled 146 mediation cases valued at AED 230 million.

The Dubai Centre for Family Businesses continued its focus on sustainability and growth for family-owned enterprises. It launched three advisory services for family charters and office structures, published the first directory of family business advisors, and saw 29 participants graduate from the Family Business Management Programme. Next-Gen training and four Governance Series events further strengthened leadership and governance skills among future business leaders.

This performance highlights Dubai Chamber’s ongoing role in creating a robust and globally competitive business ecosystem while reinforcing Dubai’s position as a trusted international investment destination.
