UAE Students to Join Cambridge AI Summer Programme 2026

A groundbreaking initiative is set to empower the next generation of AI innovators from the UAE and Gulf countries. TRENDS Research and Advisory has partnered with Cambridge AI to launch an intensive 10-day summer programme at the University of Cambridge in July and August 2026.

Designed for exceptional high school students aged 16 to 18, the programme aims to nurture young minds passionate about science, technology, and innovation. Participants will gain exposure to global academic expertise, preparing them to develop knowledge-based and technological solutions with regional and global impact.

The immersive experience will include lectures and hands-on workshops conducted by Cambridge academics and industry experts. Students will also visit AI laboratories and start-ups, gaining firsthand insight into the latest technological advancements. Key topics include AI ethics and responsible innovation, equipping students with the skills to navigate complex challenges in emerging technologies.

The programme will culminate in a capstone project, allowing participants to present innovative solutions they have developed during the course. This practical component ensures students not only learn theory but also apply it to real-world problems, fostering creativity and critical thinking.
