Kohli enjoys salads, grilled vegetables, and light protein. He does eat traditional foods like dal, rajma, and lobiya, but he avoids heavy curries. Kohli says that controlling food habits is more difficult than exercise. It takes mental strength to say no to cravings. But once the body adjusts, it becomes easier.
Along with his diet, Kohli also follows a regular workout routine. He exercises to stay strong, improve his stamina, and maintain his flexibility. However, he believes that diet has a larger role in fitness than training alone. He says that a person can work very hard in the gym, but if the food habits are not clean, the results will not be good.
Kohli shared that in the beginning of his fitness journey, he tried many supplements and routines. But with time, he understood what suits his body the best. He learned to listen to his body’s needs, instead of copying others.
Kohli’s lifestyle is an example for anyone who wants to stay healthy. His message is that fitness is not a one-day change. It is a slow, steady habit. Consistency matters more than speed. Even small habits, when done every day, can create big results.
