Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni are having a big legal fight, and a court has now set a date for the trial. This fight started when Blake, who is known for *Gossip Girl*, sued Justin, her co-star from the movie *It Ends With Us*. Blake says Justin was mean to her during the making of the movie in 2024, accusing him of sexual harassment and spreading false stories about her.

Blake says what happened made her feel embarrassed, stressed, and hurt. She wants Justin to pay her for the pain he caused. In a second lawsuit, Blake told a court in New York that she went through a lot of emotional pain because of what Justin did.
Justin Baldoni responded by accusing Blake of lying about him. He says she tried to blackmail him and spread lies. He is asking for $400 million in damages.
A judge in New York has set the trial for March 9, 2026. The judge has also decided that Blake’s case and Justin’s counterclaim will be combined in one trial. Before the trial starts, there will be a meeting in court on February 3, 2025, where both sides will talk about stopping Justin’s team from making public statements about the case.
Blake first filed her lawsuit in California in 2024, saying Justin treated her badly while making the movie. She says it hurt her reputation and made her feel bad. In her second lawsuit in New York, she talks about the emotional pain and frustration she went through.
Justin Baldoni also took action against for printing a story that supported Blake. He sued the newspaper for $250 million. He also filed another lawsuit asking for $400 million from Blake, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and her publicist Leslie Sloane. In this lawsuit, he says they lied about him and invaded his privacy.
The legal fight between Blake and Justin is far from over. Both sides are preparing for a long trial, and it might take a long time to settle the case.
