Bentley Reid Launches Dubai Office to Serve Ultra-Wealthy Clients

Bentley Reid, the employee-owned wealth management firm, has officially launched its Dubai operations with the incorporation of Bentley Reid (DIFC) Limited. The new office, located in the DIFC’s recently inaugurated Funds Centre, is licensed under a Category 4 regulatory licence by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).

CEO Peter Clark has relocated from the UK to lead the expansion, signaling the firm’s commitment to the Middle East market. For over 40 years, Bentley Reid has catered to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth international families, with a strong foothold in Hong Kong and the UK. The firm’s move to Dubai comes as a strategic step to serve the region’s growing community of wealthy expatriates and family offices.

Dubai’s wealth landscape has been on a remarkable rise. According to Henley & Partners, the city held the highest concentration of wealth in the Middle East at the end of 2024. The UAE is expected to attract nearly 9,800 new millionaires in 2025, surpassing traditional financial hubs like London and Singapore. The DIFC has become a leading centre for ultra-wealthy families, hosting over 1,000 family-related entities, including 120 family offices managing more than USD 1.2 trillion in global assets.
