The Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (ETCC) and the Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority (ADAA) have agreed to help Emiratis find jobs in audit companies. The goal is to train UAE Nationals to work in private-sector businesses that are registered with ADAA.
This partnership will provide special training to help Emiratis gain the skills they need for jobs in the private sector. The training will make it easier for them to join auditing companies.

The agreement also plans to create career paths for Emiratis to grow in their jobs. This will help them take on leadership and important roles in the future. It will encourage more Emiratis to work in the auditing field.
Ghannam Al Mazrouei, the head of ETCC, said that this agreement will create more job opportunities for Emiratis. He believes that by giving them the chance to work in auditing, Emiratis can help the country grow and succeed.
Wael Abdel Qader Mahmoud from ADAA also spoke positively about the agreement. He said it would help bring more Emiratis into the auditing field, a sector where they were not well represented before. The new job opportunities and training will help improve Abu Dhabi’s economy and the auditing industry.
The Nafis program, which helps Emiratis find jobs, has already been successful. It has helped Emiratis get more jobs and improved the workforce in the UAE.
