His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, and His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, joined a Zayed Humanitarian Day event. The event, held under the theme "Society in Zayed’s Thought", honoured the kind and giving legacy of the UAE’s Founding Father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.

The event took place at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi and was organised by the General Authority of Islamic Affairs, Endowments & Zakat, along with the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Centre. Many officials, scholars, and community leaders came together to remember Sheikh Zayed’s values and his work in education, helping people, and bringing communities together.
During the event, speakers talked about Sheikh Zayed’s belief in kindness, tolerance, and unity. They praised his caring spirit, which still guides the UAE today. They also spoke about how Sheikh Zayed’s way of helping others continues to inspire both the country and the world.
The event also linked Sheikh Zayed’s teachings to the UAE’s Year of Community, which focuses on bringing people together and promoting kindness. Speakers explained how Sheikh Zayed’s values live on through the UAE’s support for charity, helping the needy, and building a stronger society.
